Does anyone have confirmation that the unit actually got shipped? All mine says is yarbo created a fed ex ticket, it did not actually ship yet.

To be honest, I’m not stressed about it. I suspect they can only process/ship so many per day. So they’ll get to mine soon enough.
I just want to find proof they actually shipped any. In my account is a back brace that has a tracking number in March, but they never shipped it, super odd.
Just would really like this to be over, as trimming needs to be done very soon or I will end up doing it by hand again.
I was outside manually trimming earlier today. Hopefully next time Yarbo can do it for me!

I asked support about the back brace if is is included with trimmer, or shipped separately, and about the March shipment of the back brace in my order area, and support had to move this question up to the second tier support for an answer. And no follow up after that. So no idea what is going on.
So my trimmer package weighs the same as yours, and you have a separate back brace package. This does not sound good for me.

My BBM was shipped first as well. I can’t remember exactly but I got the BBM like a week before the Trimmer.
Mine is in California will be here Thursday according to tracking. But probably no mount to put it on.

Wondering when I get a shipping notification. I ordered mine all the way back in April last year when it came up for preorder. I got an email that it would ship on the 6th and after that an email that they would ship in order of who placed the order first.
I cannot imagine that I am far back in the line but my order still says unfulfilled…
And no updates, very frustrating. I hope that thing works well when it finally arrives!

@Yarbo-Forum support told me shipping the 6th. Haven’t heard anything more. I keep seeing you reply with shipping in batches check with support for your ship date.
Has anyone actually gotten a FedEx delivery date yet?
Asking again please clarify what is going on. Most of us were supposed to get these last August then we’re asked November or April. We gave lots of extra time and still you can’t follow through getting these to people who paid in full a year or more ago.
Is this really your best effort?
Mine will be here Thursday, but probably no back brace to put it on.
