Reach out to support and they can probably arrange to send or sell you one. Unless you have a dealer who can sell it to you locally.
But to be clear for all, it’s a kit meant for extreme cold weather. While new units ship with the updated support bracket, the kit itself is only provided when there is an identified issue.
I suspect that -39 degrees (Celsius or Fahrenheit) in northern Sweden are cold enough? 
I would also be interested. But my dealer is very far down in southern Sweden.
Possibly, but if you haven’t had an issue thus far, you probably don’t need it.
So I’m in canada. Saskatoon Saskatchewan. I cannot get a signal better than medium to set this thing up and start mapping!!! Do I need this adapter kit. It doesn’t ship to canada. What the heck yarbo.
If you’re referring to the dealer linked above then that’s his choice. If you think you need them, I’d recommend opening a ticket with support and asking for them. They will perform an analysis and determine if you need them and I’m sure send them if so. Or they may have something else to try first.

It doesn’t boost signal but rather extend the pins for the antennas to help with cold weather contracting the metal and not making good connection.
If you have a new unit, you should already have this for the DC RTK antenna as part of your kit. Do you have some screenshots of your diagnostics page? We might see something that could be helpful. Include the Rover, Data Center, Status, and HaLow sections. You can omit the GNGGA information as that is your GPS coordinates. Also, there is a details link on that same page under Rover that lets you connect to your Data Center and put it in survey mode. Post that screenshot too.
Where is the core at in this screenshot? It seems like it’s in a very obstructed location that would definitely impact your GPS signal. Your HeadingDOP is over 2 which is unusable and L2 satellites are below 10 which is pretty low. I’ve seen it work lower, but it’s not ideal.
Try unplugging your DC POE injector power cord for 5 mins and then power it back up and see if you can connect then. Given your RTK status 2 in the other screenshot, it might be a DC related issue.
