Unable to acquire a good signal during initial data center setup

Okay wow it’s finally strong. That said I don’t have a thick rubber washer!! It didn’t come with one I can see. Do you have a pic. Maybe that’s the issue!!

If I get one and move my DC later do I have to remap

Okay it’s dropping back to medium still a bit. Here is my data. That said I was able to finish setup. Can I map confidentally even if signal is now medium.

What did you end up doing?

Hit the yellow details there and connect to your DC when prompted. Then take a pic of the scatterplot.

Did you receive any of this as part of your install kit?

Didn’t get those rubber washers or any of that except the plastic piece. Lol.

My map shows nothing.

It can take a minute to populate sometimes. Especially if you aren’t too close to the DC.

Nope. Nothing.

And no adapters at all. Antenna direct to data center. No gold extension coax or rubber piece in any box.

Yeah that could be normal (the included parts). I’m not exactly sure what they are shipping these days. My install kit was different.

To answer your earlier question, if you move the DC then yes you need to remap. Having a medium signal is probably ok. Was hoping we could get the scatterplot with your CNR values to see if you are borderline or not.

What did you do that gave you a strong signal?

Here you go. Strong was a fluke I think for a wee bit.

Ah it could’ve been. 36 CNR is the minimum, so you are borderline. Try taking that plastic support bar off and see if the signal improves.

Hi there, we may need to investigate this further. I’ve shared your post in your support ticket, and our support team has already escalated your case to our field service engineers for a deeper review. We truly appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this for you.

Thank you. Happy to take a phone call too
