So Yarbo was mowing an area and touched the tree in NGZ (I have not changed the bumper yet) and registered a track slippage. I went over and dragged yarbo to the left so it can continue and not hit the tree (in NGZ) … and then it started to dance around and around … looked at it, took a video, then took a screen recording … no progress - it was just stomping the grass.
Here is the map - we see how far while (mowed) line goes.
Hi there, I’m really sorry to hear about this issue. Have you already submitted a support ticket for it? Our team will need to investigate further to identify the root cause. If you haven’t submitted one yet, could you please do so and share the ticket number with me? I’ll help follow up with our team.
Not sure I want to raise a ticket for this
Just will have to try to replicate the issue because they will not be able to collect any logs .. and the diagnostic logging was not turned on.
then they will come back with conclusion about weak rtk (even if the indicators are green in the app)
And it’s already autumn here so really no need to actively mow anything …
Let’s see if this will reoccur at some point next spring and then I’ll think about ticketing.
I’ve experienced the “dance” several times and left it alone long enough it recovers and continues. Of course it is tearing up the lawn while doing the dance so I’m going to adopt your recovery method.
Just keep in mind that when restarting the plan with certain progress, might put the starting point somewhere else, because yarbo wont be on the dock, leading to some missed patch…
