Yarbo Core no GPS

This is a new installation. The data center is displaying connection 2 and its status light is green which to my knowledge indicates normal use. In the app Rover L2 is consistently at 25, to my understanding anything 9 or lower would produce a GPS issue. The number of satellites it sees is between 31 and 35. I’ve rebooted both units (core and data center) multiple times. GPS on the core is still offline. Are there any other steps that I could take to try to fix this before I put it in its box and send it back?

What is the CNR values on your DC (go into settings, under RTK status hit details and connect to the DC). Minimum CNR values are 36 for the DC. Ideally you want to see 40+ on most of the constellations. What is the quality value on the diagnostics screen of the app? Any quality setting below 0.5 is poor. If everything there looks good, try a reinstall of your DC. Settings, reinstall Data Center.

If that doesn’t work, post your diagnostics (RTK, status, Data Center, and HaLow sections) plus the CNR values of your DC and we can take a look at see if something looks off.

All settings were within spec. I don’t recall what they were exactly. The issue turned out to be firmware. The firmware was out of date and for some reason the unit refused to update. Support had to manually push an update the the unit. After the update GPS began to work.

That makes sense. The shipped firmware is pretty old and won’t work with the app at all except for Bluetooth.
