Yarbo offline

Yarbo is stuck offline, the lights come one and the strobe sit there and flashes but it will not connect to my network. I have power cycled the data center and Yarbo several times. I submitted a ticket and got this response. What does use the restart docker script inside the tunnel mean?

  1. restart docker script - That is not something you can do. That is a support only function AFAIK.

Tunnel… Do they mean the “ssh tunnel”? Still did not find the password for that. Would be interested to see some of those scripts myself :innocent:

Is it just me or is Yarbo falling offline a lot more lately?
I’ma bout ready to automate bouncing the DC on a periodic basis.

I don’t think it’s just you, but I also don’t think it’s everyone. If you keep experiencing it, I would open a ticket.

It’s been the DC every time for me. Ticket, Ticket, Ticket until they figure out what’s crashing. Mine is unresolved. They just wanted to replace the DC.

Probably should get the DC replaced. The vast majority of users aren’t exhibiting this problem, so maybe you have a unit with a manufacturing defect.

Good luck. Hope you get it sorted out soon.

Ditto. I’m offline all the time until my phone is in Bluetooth range of the Rover. Then the Rover stays online until I’m done using it or I leave it sit idle for a few minutes. Then it might reconnect, but usually I need to get back in Bluetooth range. It will run the 3-4 hour plan with recharges. Only started having this for the last few months.

I use to control it from a few states away. Now I’m doubtful.

Turn off your DC for 5 mins and then restart your rover when it is back online. Hopefully that helps. If it continues happening or if it doesn’t, I’d recommend opening a ticket.
