I am having problems buying from the Yarbo store. It won’t let me put anything into the cart. I also am unable to redeem my points for products. Is anyone else having this problem? I have tried multiple browsers, clear cache, etc.
Are you still experiencing the issue? I just tested the store on our end, and everything seems to be working normally now.

Yes, I am still having the problem with both the store and redeeming points. Here is a screencapture. I have not opened a ticket as of yet, just was trying to figure out if it was me or the website.
I’ve passed this issue along to our team responsible for the official website. They’re currently investigating and working with the relevant parties to identify the root cause. This may take a little time, but I’ll keep you updated as soon as we have more information.
I’m having same issue not able to redeem points and looks like Yarbo has this issue for a long time and had experience fixing this but still taking a long time to fix simple issue within their website!
Goto Yarbo.com and click the person at the top right and login. Click the person again and then click on member. Scroll down to redeem points and hit view all. Select what you want to redeem. It will generate a coupon code and ask you to apply it to your cart. I just did this recently, it worked fine for me.
Thanks @bryan.wheeler but my account member page was showing “The merchant hasn’t setup any ways to earn.” and yarbo support agents verified that they needed to escalate the issue. This has been experienced by other yarbo users based on the above posting.
I’m checking my account today and miraculously it is showing all my points are available to redeem! I applied it on my purchases and accepted. Thanks for the help but this issue should not take weeks!
