I’ll start off by saying this issue was resolved by rebooting my Yarbo.
But, still a good data point for the Yarbo team to analyze. The timestamp was roughly 2:30 p.m. CST, April 21st, 2025.
Yarbo began spinning in circles, trying to find a way out of an invisible force field.
It was working fine until my sprinklers turned on. I assume that triggered this behavior, but I turned the sprinklers off, cleaned all sensors & cameras, and still had this behavior.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This is certainly an unusual issue, and we’ll need to investigate it further. Could you please provide this information in your support ticket? That way, our support team can look into the root cause and work on a solution. We appreciate your help in resolving this!
Email to support@yarbo.com will auto create a ticket. You can also go to support.yarbo.com and open one there. Additionally, on the main screen of the app, tap the person icon at the top right and under the Support Center you can submit a ticket directly there. It will autofill in the serial and version information for you too.
I had this issue happen to me too today. Only workaround was to manually drive it outside of this forcefield and resume. Curious enough, the rover would try its best to re-enter until it gave up and continued with the rest of the work plan.
