Maybe they tried when you unplugged the LAN port? The latency and the fact that they are having issues makes me wonder about the network connection itself. That’s why I wanted you to try to disconnect the LAN port. That takes your network out of the equation. Then it’s just the DC to the core direct over HaLow, no internet. That seemed to fix the GPS issue, but you have the original problem that started this thread. How is 4G in your area? Good signal? I’m thinking you should maybe forget the WiFi connection and let them try and diagnose it over 4G if so. Then your home network is completely eliminated.
I didnt try your suggestion until after they had told me there was a network issue again.
I routinely stream 4k video over this same connection, so I find it odd that they can’t get through.
If I leave WiFi off, unplug the LAN, and turn on cellular; will tech support be able to get to Yarbo over 4G?
They should be able to. If you can, they should be able to.
I would think so too. I just asked tech support about a 4g option. We’ll see what they say.
I’ve just asked our FSE to run the diagnosis. It looks like the connection is stable this time, but the machine is currently located outside of the designated working area.
Could you please move Yarbo back into the mapped work area? Once it is back in position, we will attempt to start a scheduled task and continue the diagnosis during the daytime.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience. We’ll continue to follow up and work on resolving this issue.
@Yarbo-Forum Yes they just concluded their “diagnostic and troubleshooting” and asked me to start a new work plan.
I did and the Yarbo has the same problem. It does a part of a smart turn and then no movement…
Hi there, as mentioned in your support ticket, we will arrange a replacement Core for you.
We kindly ask for your patience while the replacement is being processed and delivered. We will continue to follow up with you regarding the replacement progress.
Thanks for your understanding.
@Yarbo-Forum Thanks. Should I be watching for an email with tracking info? Hopefully that’ll come so I can plan my last mow with the riding mower.
You should get it when it ships (usually). If you have UPS/FedEx accounts, you may see it sooner.
The replacement process is still being handled by our team. Once the tracking number becomes available, you will receive an email with the shipping details.
I’ll also help follow up on the progress and keep an eye on the update. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Replacement will be here Friday
Hopefully I’m back to mowing soon!
I haven’t started a ticket for thus yet but 1 of my yarbos like to just stop in the middle of a mow for a non smoking smoke break. I have to treat it like an apprentice and give it the boot!
As soon as it reboots its back to mowing.
Starting to happen after every charge or after starting a new mow job.
Have a ticket now.

Any error messages?
The error i get is
Yarbo has not moved in 10mins check on it.
And sure a shit its just sitting there not even spinning the cutting discs.
I use the app do a reboot, hit play on the map and its happily back at it.
I have a response to the ticket already and ive given them the info that I could.
When it does happen there arent and real obstacles in the area. May be a tree at most. This core mostly mowes out in the open with clear sky the majority of the time.
See what happens.
When you open the app, does it say plan suspended by user on the main screen? This phantom bug has been seen by a few others.
I haven’t payed attention to that. But I don’t recall if it has popped up. I’ll definitely keep an eye out for it next time.
The frustrating thing is that my other unit that is 12 miles up the road will do the whole lawn (about 3.5 acers) and not even skip a beat.
Hi there, thanks for submitting the support ticket. Our support team will further investigate this issue and work on finding a solution for you.
Mmk, new unit is here and it connects right away, 1s latency, 32 satellites… all good.
Restored my map and it says the docking g station is in the work area.
Deleted docking station and tried to reinstall (obviously out of the work area) and it still says in the work area.
Rebooting to see if it corrects.
