GPS signal issue is usually conplicated, but we have a few tips you can check first to help you.
Check the Data Center environment
The Data Center is supposed to have a clear view of the sky. Ensure the Data Center has a stable GPS connections - at least 25 satelites.
Check Yarbo Core environment
The Yarbo Core is supposed to have a stable GPS connection - around 20 satelites. In a work area, users should set No-Go-Zones for sky obstacles like trees or concrete sheds to prevent the Yarbo from losing GPS signals.
Ensure hardware connection
- Unplug and plug your internet cable connected to the Data Center or your WiFi router.
- Check your Yarbo antenna connections. Tightening the RTK wire connections can be helpful.
Reboot Yarbo and Data Center
Power cycling the Yarbo Core and Data Center, restarting the entire system.
Reboot Yarbo Core:
You can do this simply by the phone app → Yarbo Setting → Safety Setting → Restart Yarbo System.
Reboot Data Center:
The easiest way is unpluging the POE cable and pluging it again.
