I wish they would have a parts department with every part on the unit listed and priced to order individually. I’m a farmer used to going to the parts counter at the dealership when I need a part to get me going. Sometimes some of us mechanically minded guys know what the problem is and would rather just buy the part outright rather than waiting weeks on support to acknowledge that yes that is your problem we will send the part after a couple weeks while the good Lord keeps sending us rain and the grass is growing full speed.
Yes they did a survey recently on FB and this was my exact suggestions. Would love to see this along with schematics and repair instructions and videos for any customer.
Having a well thought out repair parts process will only become more critical once people’s Yarbos start coming out of warranty later this year.
Also. Some places have the right to repair for equipment. Then the Yarbo team gets the help of a group of capable folks also diagnosing issues.
Hi there, thanks for sharing your suggestion and perspective. We’ve received similar feedback from other users before, especially regarding easier access to replacement parts and repair resources.
I’ll help pass your feedback along to the relevant team for further consideration.
The Danish “Yarbo” Nortec dealer writes that they have many spare parts in stock for EU customers.
This is exactly what Yarbo should do in its customer portal.
Yeah, why is this not in the USA?
Nortec is a white label reseller. Little bit different model since they are the “manufacturer”. you can see everything for sale there has their logo all over it. Dock, Core, DC, etc.
Can I get parts from nortec shipped to USA?
You’d have to ask them, I’m not sure if they can or will. But local US dealers can get parts and help you out there too.
