Hi everyone - I am one who wants to have spare parts available for emergency repairs. I still expect warranty to cover replacement of my local parts stock or replacement of defective units when it is warranted, but I don’t want to be in a situation I see some people comment on like big snow storms and broken units, even though I do still have my tractor ready to roll. So - with all that being said, if any of you dealers out there, or factory support has a list of critical spares, like the belts, motors, bearings, things like this - along with how/where to order them from I would LOVE to have that so I can be prepared for that urgent repair. Last year I asked for YARBO to provide an exploded diagram of the rover and modules for just such a reason, but as far as I know they’ve not yet published it. I don’t understand that because in my view it would really help alleviate some of their customer frustration to have part numbers and warranty parts replacement actively up and running…

I think because of the complexity and so many factors of parts that can affect the operation of others they prefer to replace whole modules and cores so that they can do an engineering analysis of what’s failing and why. That being said they should IMO send a spare belt for the blower, spare RTK’s and halo antenna, etc. At least until they get most of the major kinks worked out.
