Some week ago i have charge problem with dock. It was mainly on afternoon above 22°C.
They change dock it work good untill 2 day ago. I have a charge failed again.
I don’t have opened a ticket. Temperature were extremly hot.
About 36°C. the dock was on the sun when it arrive.
When i charge my car. FAN is at max when it’s hot. And power is not at is max.
There is no fan on dock. i think it could be better to decrease the charge when it’s too hot ?
Take a look in your diagnostic screen. If the battery temperature exceeds 50C then it stops charging until the battery cools. The error message says the Yarbo is not aligned with the docking station, but this is not an accurate message for the situation.
Thank you for your suggestion. We’ve recently received some feedback related to battery overheating during hot weather. I’ll pass your idea about reducing the charging power at high temperatures to our product team for consideration. We really appreciate your input!
