App connection

When I’m at more than 50 m from Yarbo, the app is disconnecting? I’m not able to connect outside of that range.

Have you unplugged your DC power and battery cable for 5 mins and then powered up the DC followed by the core? If that doesn’t restore connection past that range then please post some photos of your diagnostics (RTK, status, data center, and halow sections).

You can try Bryan’s suggestion first. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please provide more details in this thread so we can further assist you.

I issue a ticket on Saturday and I did all that except your suggestion to uninstall the app and reinstall I have read on the forum. This morning it is connecting so maybe it was something they corrected on the back end but Yarbo was in the middle of a plan went back to docking station and did not charge. I have tried manually whitout success, I have used the cable and it is now charging with the cable but I do not understand why Yarbo would go back to docking station properly and then not charging? Charging station light is blue, I have tried to unplug docking station and also a reset on Yarbo but did not work.

Unplug the dock and the battery cable for 5 mins and try again. If it still doesn’t charge, make sure that it is properly aligned between the two yellow lines on the sides and the metal bumper is aligned with the yellow line on the back. If it is and still won’t charge, then time for a ticket.

I was in the middle of a work plan, so I stopped the work plan I forced charging hitting the charge button and it charged:+1:I followed you procedure and I tried another work plan later and Yarbo could not charge in the middle of the work plan again. What should I try next?

Sometimes just driving it off the pad and hitting recharge again on the controller can correct this. It’s possible that the dock is slippery or dirty and it’s not lining up properly.

I have tried that multiple times and I have to hit the battery icon every time

So it only charges when you hit the battery icon?

Exactly

Well, that’s different. Sounds like a software bug. Hopefully they address your ticket soon. You can drop your ticket number here for @Yarbo-Forum to follow up on it.

Ticket #213800

I’ve checked your ticket, and once we receive your confirmation, we will proceed with the next step. Thank you for your cooperation.

Confirmation :white_check_mark: done

Yes exactly, Yarbo is going back to the docking station, align perfectly and then not charging. I have to stop the plan, go on the main screen and force the charging manually hitting the battery icon.

I have found the solution, my free period was activated and when it is activated it blocks the automatic battery charge.

That makes sense! Glad you figured it out.
