I’m not sure if you got the videos I sent as I was getting undeliverable bounce backs so I am going to try to put them here for you. I do not have a ticket number from you yet for reference.

Unfortunately, locked up motors seem to be sporatically occuring for some people. If you haven’t been able to successfully open a ticket for this yet, I suggest you try again. Add the video to the ticket, and then post the ticket number here so @Yarbo-Forum can see it and help expedite the case.
So here is the second video.
Ticket Number 142948.
Hi there, thank you for reaching out. Your case has now been escalated to our field service engineer for further investigation. We truly appreciate your patience while we work toward resolving this for you.
UPDATE
So it’s been -35 here for a week and I’ve been unavailable at times but I have heard from the support team pretty much every day and I think I finally have Jack configured properly for remote access for the team. We will see what they have to say if they manage to communicate with him tonight. Of course because he’s not feeling well I have had to borrow a snow blower from down the street. We have been getting snow pretty much every day. Have a little over 2’ now but at -35 and windy there have been lots of big drifts. I don’t mind going out and doing it old school but I would much rather sit inside and watch Jack on the cameras. The way my luck goes, Jack will get better and we won’t get any more snow.
Hello Support Team
I see my unit moved today and appears to be functioning. Can you please confirm status prior to me putting him back in service.
Thank you.
Lane
Hello Lane,
Thank you for checking in. We’re still investigating this issue, and I’ve asked our field service engineer to follow up with you as soon as we have a conclusion.
We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.
Well. Haven’t got the answer yet as to what the issue was but the support team dialled in remotely and got Jack patched up. He got his medical clearance today and is back fighting the good fight. Maybe they have found the root cause of all these left drive lockups so they can be fixed quickly without core replacement. That would sure make everyone’s life easier. Here’s hopping!!!
Looking forward to finding out what the issue was.
Thanks again to the support team!!!
Lane/Jack
Congrats! I hope this is the last challenge you’ll face, and that Yarbo will keep your driveway nice and snow free from this point on. ![]()
So after asking half a dozen different ways they will not answer me and tell me what they did to fix it. Top secret I guess.
On the bright side Jack is still functioning perfectly. Knock wood.
Frustrating that you don’t know what was done, but awesome that it’s working now!!
Hopefully smooth sailing from this point on.
It was a short between the megavolt extrapolator and the colakus coil. Or maybe it was the infiniating wire.
Oh. I thought the filbert flange wasn’t meshing with the foofoo valve.
Thanks for clarifying it.
