Tried this multiple times but no luck.
It started after the latest update but not sure if that has anything to do with it.
I think it is the mower unit itself. The core is working normally, I even put the smart module back to test and that works just fine.
The height of the mower changes and it calculates. The blades just don’t start spinning although everything is clean and the blades are turning freely when I touch them. Anyone any ideas? I’ve submitted a ticket but waiting for feedback.
That is not something I’ve experienced.
So I’ve seen a few reports that it could be firmware related but also could be hardware. Hopefully you have a ticket and can drop the number here so the forum moderator can look into it for you.
Thanks Bryan. Yes, I opened a ticket #104214.
@moderator and @yarbo-forum, let me know if you need anything else.
Thank you

Dear @Yarbo-Forum , would you happen to have any update? Thank you
Dear @Yarbo-Forum could I please have some feedback? I did not get a response on my ticket besides that they are looking into this. Ticket nr.: #104214
@ken.w.gregory and @bryan.wheeler would you be able to give this a little push? Really appreciated.
Thank you
Sir, you clearly over estimate my connection to Yarbo. I’m just a guy that bought a mower.
Although with my permission and $20 bucks you can get a cup of coffee almost anywhere.
@marco would you be able to assist here?
Thanks Bryan
Thanks Ken. Sorry, I thought you were connected. Cheers
Only connected by the wallet.
Sorry for the delay — I have expedited ticket #104214, and our support team will be tackling this as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience while we work to get this resolved.
Thank you Marco
I saw on Facebook that more people have the same issue. So it must be software related. I hope a solution will be found soon. I had to call a company now to take care of my lawn.
Just got an update and they will send me a new mower. Thank you Yarbo.
Well shoot. I was hoping for an over the air fix for you. Bummer.
Seems like power boards on a chunk of these - Motor speed controllers are giving up.
