Bluetooth problem

I’m having a problem with the YARBO 2024. This is already the second unit. The first one arrived, but it was impossible to connect via Bluetooth — as if the Bluetooth module was broken. The service team confirmed that the Bluetooth was defective and replaced it with a new unit.

The second one arrived today. We connected it, and it was possible to pair via Bluetooth. But after half an hour, the Bluetooth connection was lost. For the past hour, we haven’t been able to reconnect it via Bluetooth at all. It’s completely unresponsive.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Where the YARBO doesn’t even show up in the list of available Bluetooth devices?
