Repeated failed Bluetooth pairing requests after using music mode

Hi,
I connected my Yarbo to my Android phone as a Bluetooth speaker once. It worked, but since then I’m having problems.

  • When I open the Yarbo app, it immediately sends a Bluetooth pairing request.

  • Accepting the request always fails, and then the device disappears from my phone’s paired devices list.

  • The next time I open the app, the cycle repeats (new request → failure → device gone).

  • If I manually pair Yarbo again as a music device, it works temporarily, but as soon as I close the app and reopen it, the problem returns.

I don’t want to use Yarbo as a speaker. I just want to stop the automatic pairing requests.

Is this a known issue, and is there a way to disable or reset this behavior?
Thanks

Have you tried force quitting the app completely, then forget the Yarbo Music Bluetooth device and then open the app? I know this was a bug a while back, is your app up to date? If you go to settings, versions it should tell you if it’s up to date or not.

I have never been able to connect nor do I even see Yarbo Music as an option when I go into Bluetooth setting-Core is in pairing mode blue light flash.

It may already be paired, the app will auto pair the BT device when you open it. It just doesn’t set the right BT profile for the Yarbo music to work. For iPhone, the best way to pair it is to close the app, forget the BT device, and then initiate pairing on the core. It can take a min for the device to show up after the blue flashes stop, then you connect and accept the default code and play music.
