I received my Yarbo Core, snowblower and mower less than a week ago and the track wheel was broken in 3 pieces. I had not even used it yet. Created a ticket but have not heard anything yet.
Post your ticket number here so the forum moderator can check into it for you.
We’re really sorry to hear about the issue with the broken track wheel. May we ask how the packaging of the Yarbo Core box looked when it arrived? We suspect the damage may have occurred during the shipping process. We’ve forwarded your support ticket to our team, and please rest assured that we will help you resolve this and send a replacement for the track wheel. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
The ticket number is # 78107. The box arrived complete and looked to be undamaged but the Fedex driver was alone and I had to help him get all the boxes out of his truck. I asked if he loaded them himself and he said yes. So who know if the core box was dropped or not. It seems that a box that weights approximately 200 lbs would involve more than one person to load and unload.

Yeah you would think they would give them hand carts or something to help them. Pretty crazy they (the shipping companies) expect people to lift that amount of weight with no help or tools to do so.
Any movement on this yet? I have not heard from support at all except for your reply.
We’re sorry for the delayed response. We’ve received your order details and will arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible. We truly appreciate your patience. Thank you for understanding!
Make sure the wheel you send is the rear one. No one asked whether it was front or rear.
If you provided pictures then they know which one it is.
I did provide photos but you never know
Better safe than sorry. Update your ticket too, if you haven’t.
Received the new rear track wheel yesterday. All fixed!
Following up on this thread. I received my Yarbo this week, have run it a handful of times, and found it today with a broken rear track wheel … also broken into three pieces. This happened on an area that it had already successfully mowed twice without issue.
Could this be a faulty part that needs reengineering? It’s a hard plastic and I wonder if it should be some sort of metal instead.
@Yarbo-Forum Would appreciate a replacement part asap because it’s currently out of commission three days after receiving it!

This likely happened during shipping. The carriers tend to drop the packages and sometimes the impact can crack the wheel if it lands hard enough directly on it.
Thanks for replying @bryan.wheeler If that’s the case, Yarbo may want to look into better packaging or a new design for the wheel, even though the packaging seemed very good. Similar to the first comment in this thread, there seemed to be no damage to the box.
@Yarbo-Forum I have yet to hear from Support about a solution other than it’s been escalated. Any update?
Thank you for your message. I’ve followed up with our support team, and we’ll be arranging a replacement for you shortly.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this!
