Hi all,
See attached video. Is this normal?
This morning Yarbo lost his track. When putting this back on I noticed this.
I think this is not normal. Before I open a ticket can someone let me know?
Thanks
Peter

Bearing in wheel is junk
So submit a ticket?
Yes
Not normal. You lost a bearing. Sorry.
While you’re at it, might be a good time to check the wheel on the other side.
I did and it is also very loose. Can I replace it myself? I opened a ticket in the meantime.
Is this normal usage default or…?
Shouldn’t be happening. Yarbo has been good about iterating hardware as they learn what needs revision. Hopefully your new wheels will be of a more robust and durable design.
You should be able to replace it yourself. Who knows, you might get lucky and they send you whole new track assemblies.
Ha that would be great. The other wheel has also a lot of movement so I definitely wants to replace the both of them.
Support will probably want proof of the damage (a video) but I would expect they’ll replace both of them.
Agreed video evidence of both is compelling and should help expedite the repair request.
I did upload a video. Same as above.
This issue will need further help from our support team, and I can already see your support ticket in our system. Our support team will continue investigating this further and follow up with you as soon as possible.
@Yarbo-Forum could you please have a check on my ticket?
Up untill now I got NO response from the support team.

Thank you
I’ve just gone through this, to a lesser extent. I caught the failed bearings before it got bad and destroyed the wheel.
I mistakenly submitted 1 ticket for both wheels and only got a fix for 1 side so far.
To yarbo, my situation only needed a set of 6002-2rs bearing (for both sides) not the whole idler wheel and not just the assembly for 1 side.
Might I suggest having the option to send just the bearing set only because that was all I needed and they are easy enough to change. I ended up just buying a new set of bearings for my unit from Amazon for $17
As for the core in this post, both bearings and wheel have done their dash and are toast.
That will need a new wheel and set of bearings. Start a ticket and you should be fine, check the other side and if needed start a ticket for that too. Do 2 tickets.
Ok,thanks @azahorn
Hi there, I’ve checked your support ticket, and it shows that we will be sending a Driven Wheel Assembly After-Sales Kit for both sides of your Yarbo Core.
Please feel free to reach out if you need any assistance after receiving the replacement parts — we’ll be happy to help.
Dear @Yarbo-Forum yes this is correct. Thank you for this solution, really appreciated.
