Yarbo Core tracks locked

My Yarbo was doing a pretty good job clearing snow from my driveway but when it encountered an ‘obstical’, which was my house, I got a message that the left wheel was stuck. I could find no ice or other objects and pulled it into my heated garage to thaw out, thinking that perhaps some ice had built up. I have it elevate where the tracks are off the ground and now both tracks are locked. Both tracks move about an inch and then stop. Has anyone else had this experience. This is only the third time I have used it and am considering that I may have made a bad purchase. I really don’t need a $5,000 brick taking up space in my garage.

Have you entered a support ticket yet?

I had that error once, cleared it and haven’t had it since. Sort of a stretch but have you been greasing the tracks?

Hi there, I’ve checked your support ticket in our system. As mentioned in our reply there, we’ll need a short video from you in order to proceed with the next step.

In the video, please:

  • Remove both tracks

  • Manually rotate both wheels by hand

  • Clearly show that the wheels do not move when you try to turn them

Thank you for your cooperation—we’ll continue assisting you as soon as we receive the video.
