Cannot get by "failed to get location information of Yarbo?

Ive had by Yarbo and snow blower for 2 weeks and really havnt gotten any further than setting

up the DC. The center turned green and is mount on my vent pipe on a ranch house. there just about 120 opening and the stats look fair. L2 11 status 4 qua:.0915000021457672 sat 22 head drop 1.162

I did the docking station setup, but it fell off the high side of the station while repositioning itself. I saved the location and it said i was successful..but on the next step to do “mapping”

it keeps saying “FAILED TO GET LOCATION INFORMATION OF YARBO”

When i try to redo the docking install, i get the same message? ive been on the phone with yarbo for a solid week and im getting no where…ive updated the software and firmware.

Changed/swapped the RTK antenna’s, and i still get the same message. Any suggestions would surely be appreciated as the snow is coming soon.

Have you tried reinstalling the Data Center in the app? Look under settings, reinstall Data Center. You will need to reinstall the docking station as it will wipe any saved maps and dock location, but this might help you get through the next steps. If not, please post a screenshot of your diagnostics page. Specifically the Rover, Status, Data Center, and HaLow sections. You can omit the GNGGA information, as this is your GPS coordinates.

Hi there, I’ve consulted our field service engineer, and it seems the issue may have occurred because the Data Center was configured when Yarbo’s signal was unstable. Please try reinstalling the Data Center to reset the configuration.

After reinstalling, please keep us updated on whether this helps. If the issue still persists, we’ll be happy to arrange a meeting and assist you more efficiently.

Bless u Mr Wheeler.. the re-installing of the data center was the ticket to getting by this block..

of “failed to get location information of Yarbo” I after the DC re-install, i was able to do the Dock station re-install and go on to the the mapping of driveway and path back to docking station. Im curious as to why no one on the tech team and the FS team suggesting trying this?

my next steps are to do the “no-zone” and a side-walk..and shoot directions for the driveway.

I hope there are some good videos or instructions how to do this? Thanks again for solving my week and half dilema!

You’re welcome. Glad that worked out for you! The data can be misleading sometimes making the techs believe it’s good and something else. Happy mapping and feel free to ask questions here in the forum if you need help.
