Hi Everyone,
I’m experiencing recurring issues with my connections. Seems like the DC wont connect to my network although everything works just fine. I wish I could find where to download the Yarbo Tool since that is the only thing I havent tried.
Yarbo is dead in the yard. I have placed a ticket still no answwer.
Light is green on the DC. Network has a strong signal. I rebooted Yarbo, took out the battery, nothing works.
I’m very disappointed. For all the time I spend getting that thing unstuck or just getting it to work properly, I would have mowed my lawn 5 times in one day.
Yarbo tool is for the 23 and not 24. Do you have a 23?
Can you post some screenshots of the issue you’re seeing?
I’ve asked the team to review your case as soon as possible. Sorry for the delay, and thank you for your patience.
I am still waiting on a response from Yarbo Team… I’m impressed.
Did anyone get an issue where Firmware is unavailable, WIFI, Cell wont connect?
Yarbo is charged by the power unit (not the docking station). After a reset, the lights will go on but that’s it.
I found an orange wire disconnected inside the core, after replugging it, the lights went on. But still no connection to the DC. I tried shutting off the WIFI, reinstalling the app, taking the battery out, pushing the reset button for 1 minute. I didn’t try kick it but it’s going to be my next step. It might land at Yarbo’s offices
What does your main app screen show? Can you share some screenshots of it and your diagnostics?
When you say you pushed the reset button for 60 seconds. Was that the actual reset button? Generally not recommended to use that unless support directs you to. What can possibly help is holding the power/activate button for 60 seconds when turning it on. I hold it for 65-70 seconds to be sure.
Does it say ready to work at all? Any flashing colored lights constantly or just for a minute or two while it is booting? After about 2 mins do you see all the white lights on the side, rear, and front module and the rear taillights red?
Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I’ve already asked the team to check your case as soon as possible and get back to you with a proper update.
Indeed, it is the activate and not the reset button. I pressed it over a minute a few times. The lights go on but wont connect on the app. That’s when I get the check network message. It shuts down after a minute or so. The docking station light is solid blue . I have to charge it with the physical wire. network message.
That is indeed very strange then. Hopefully support responds to you soon with some more troubleshooting steps or initiates a replacement process.
