Escalation Needed – Mower Module Stuck Adjusting Blades, Blades Won't Raise, Internal Rattling

Hello Yarbo Team,
I bought my Yarbo last year with the snowblower module and added the mower module a few months ago. The mower is now completely unusable.

Current Problems:

  • Constantly says “adjusting blades”, runs briefly then stops
  • Blades are stuck in the fully down position at 1.2 inches
  • Constant humming noise from the mower
  • Rattling sound inside, parts can be heard moving when I pick it up

What I’ve Tried:

  • Power cycled the unit multiple times
  • Removed blades and checked for clogs
  • Verified blades spin freely by hand
  • Adjusted all mowing zones to 4 inches

I’ve sent 7 emails to support with no response for about five days now. This expensive equipment is currently useless.
I need this escalated immediately.
