Few issues mapping n rear cam

I tried mapping lawn pro today an i get about 200 ft in and then i get “Please navigate back to the nearby breakpoint with a strong GPS signal to continue mapping” Problem is this makes no sense as the mapping is showing a pie wedge map but it should be more rectangle and after 3 tries it kept doing this and no matter how far i go back i cannot figure out how to restart? I also have error CM008 “Rear cam disconnected please wait 2 mins. if issues persists try restarting” cannot get this to clear.

Unplug the battery cable for 5 mins and let it boot up and see if the camera restores. As for the breakpoint issue, sounds like you might be encountering a weak GPS signal at some point. You can try increasing your PPVS settings under Yarbo Lab for mapping by 10-15ft to see if that helps you get past the dead zone.

If your camera is still disconnected, I’d make sure and get a ticket opened.

Definitely get a ticket going for the defective camera. Document what you did in the ticket. (ie. restarted Yarbo, disconnected the battery for 5 minutes, etc.

I’ve had luck either mapping a much larger area and then cutting it down little by little or mapping around the “dead zone” and adding on area little by little trying from different directions. If it’s really bad, you might want to plan it to run that section separately and extend it out into known good GPS areas and have the pattern make sure it can get from good reception through the bad zone and back into the good reception area. Hopefully they get vision navigation working soon, then all the work will be irrelevant

Hi there, I’ve seen your ticket in our system.

Could you please power on your Yarbo and keep it connected to the Internet so we can proceed with remote diagnostics?

As for the GPS issue, feel free to let us know the results after trying again with the updated PPVS settings.

Thanks for your cooperation!

I was able to map by adjusting PPVS setting. I had to move docking station and the camera error cleared but doubt that had anything to do w/ it. Now - I have to map out two more zones I have yarbo mowing currently! Thanks for the help.

I had to replace the left camera. It was a non-event, super simple.
