My ‘main’ yarbo has been mowing the lawn at my house flawlessly all season. Today it suddenly has no gps signal. I know it finished its last mowing program and returned to the docking station two days ago. Now it has no gps.
Doesn’t help that at the moment, im 7500 km away, and will be for 3 weeks while its peak lawn growing season at home.
Unless something/someone walked up amd snapped the antennas off, I suspect this is a software issue or an issue with the latest firmware update? Any help us very appreciated. Im trying to upload screenshots, but that isnt working either?
I do see that it is connected via network rather than halow. I cant seem to get it to disconnect from the wifi. Telling it to forget the network results on a ‘network issue’ error.
It’s sounds there might be an app connectivity issue. Have you tired restarting the core. I would also reboot the DC, but unless you have it on smart plug or similar, there’s no way to do that remotely.
I fixed mine by going into the network settings and reconnecting the rover wifi. Mine did not show a green check mark, but after selecting the wifi it connected and had a green check. Now it’s back to mowing until it gets hot out and throws the blade not spinning error…
Please keep us updated on what you find. If the issue persists after you’ve completed your checks, we’ll be happy to help investigate further and work with you on the next steps.
