Firmware update?

I’m getting tired of waiting for a firmware update on my new out of the box Yarbo! It’s going on 3 days now. It wouldn’t be so bad if I were able to use the machine! It’s basically a paper weight right now… calls to support are useless, “It’s been pushed to so and so” I’m beginning to doubt this purchase big time…

Sounds like it had to go to next level support to get it pushed. Drop your ticket number here and the forum administrator can look into it for you. Make sure the core is connected to WiFi until the update is pushed. After, be sure and forget the wifi network, as HaLow is all that is needed and recommended going forward.
