For the app update but Jack is still on the old FW. Cameras still work with this configuration though.

Same here I have the new smart vision view I love it but both my version numbers are still showing the old ones

Was able to update the IOS App. Still waiting for my Yarbo to get the update. Internet is fine and working.

Get a Mac. No need for any emulators. :slight_smile:

Mac can natively run the iPad version of the app. Really convenient!

To be honest, I haven’t fired it up for the Yarbo app in over a month. I will try and play with it tonight and see.

Bad timing a day before a foot or so of snow coming. As soon as the Yarbo rebooted it said I didn’t have a snowblower! I rebooted, still bad. I unhooked the snow blower rebooted, powered down, hooked up the snowblower, restarted and the snowblower was there. But lost the GPS but the all 4 cameras worked, usually my LH doesn’t work. Restarted again and lost he snowblower again!!! Redid all that and still no GPS:)

Oh no. Really bad timing! I’d suggest opening a ticket (duh) but also call the support number. I think thaty might help kickstart getting things resolved ASAP.

I really don’t want to dig out my kickass gas snowblower that now is slightly buried by my excess junk:) It is great, but it doesn’t drive itself:(

I still have my big 2 stage snowblower in the back of the barn “just in case”, but so far, I haven’t had to touch it once. Yarbo’s been able to handle all the snow this season. Knock on wood.

Does anyone know where the moving speed adjustment is? I think, that it was, before the update, in work setting. But it is not there anymore.

Enter my yard, Edit map, select area, click edit icon, Area settings.

Thank you for the information, however I can only find the auger speed setting but not the setting for the moving speed of the unit.

Make sure you are using the latest app version 3.17.4 and the latest firmware 3.12.0 It should be right at the top of area settings.

I’m not sure. I am running app version 3.17.4 and moving speed is there.

Diagnostics says no satellites, but data sees over 20 satellites. Is just not commicating to the rover?

How does the DC commicate to the rover?

I do have a ticket opened and see 7M cellular was used last night after i opened a ticket (first time since Spring when it arrived, dont think it was activated?) But,now it won’t let me enable it again.

Only got an email saying it was escalated.

That sounds to me like you’re not connecting to the internet via the DC.

Can you confirm the Ethernet cable from the DC is correctly connected to your internet router in your home?

If you’re sure the DC is connected to your router correctly, you can try rebooting the DC (unplug from power, wait 5 seconds, then reconnect). Then once the DC is rebooted, restart Yarbo as well. Let’s see what result you get after that.

This is what you ideally should see in your app.

Can you show the top part of your diagnostics screen? Your DC looks fine and is communicating with the Internet, but your rover looks like it has an issue.
