Last week my blower stopped working. Since then, I have been debugging non-stop to figure out what could be wrong and I am at my wits end.
I’ve rebooted a dozen times (through the app, holding power button down)
I’ve disconnected the battery a dozen times, waited as long as 12 hours, reconnected.
I’ve checked firmware versions.
I’ve swapped the vision module and blower module. (I do have the Mower Pro module but it’s still new in box as I just received it and have not had a need to open it yet).
The main issues are:
All functions of either attached module are completely unresponsive. No lights. No cameras. No auger movement. No chute movement. Nada.
The module LIFT itself is unresponsive – it is stuck at the highest setting (+2in) and will not respond to the app or physical controller buttons to move it up or down.
It sounds like you have something going on with the core. I think you need support to diagnose this. You’ve done what I would’ve suggested at this point. Do you have an open ticket? Drop the ticket number here so the forum admin can follow up on it for you.
