Why don’t the front wheels have sealed bearings on the swivel?
After a 5 acre mow, they get to where the are difficult to rotate. I have to take them off and soak them in water, clean and oil them in order for them to function again. Please give me recommendations to prevent this from happening.
I would submit a ticket with video and photos of what you are seeing. Maybe they have a solution or can send you replacements.
Oil is probably not the appropriate lube for these as it will stay tacky and attract any dust or dirt. Try a lubricant that you can spray on that will dry, so it won’t cause the dirt to stick to it. Motorcycle chain lube or a “dry lube” will work better than oil or grease that stay tacky.
