I have opened a ticket 209465, but thought I would ask here. My left track won’t move, but I can see the shaft spinning. I think my motor and gears are good. I removed the track and see the wheel mount. I can’t figure out how to remove this but it is spinning freely, which I believe is my problem. Any advice?
