Helpdesk Weekend Hours

Anyone know what the working hours of the helpdesk over the weekend? I am waiting on an OTA firmware update that I had a support ticket placed yesterday. Hoping I can get my Yarbo to move for the first time ever but as of right now stuck looking at it still in the box lol.

I have a direct line to the China support team now although I still do not have a functioning Yarbo as of this morning. I got the new firmware updated after a push from the offshore team. The charging issue is still present and the Yarbo thinks it is charging at all times no matter what we have done to this point. I will say that the support team has been very receptive of my concerns even over a weekend and I thank them for that. They sent me a message this morning to move my yarbo physically to the charging pad that is plugged in. That was a HUGE task and not something I recommend anyone to try on their own. Due to the reduction in gearing that robot is heaver and does now want to be pushed.


Sorry to hear that you’re still having issues. This one’s kinda unusual. Hope they figure it out soon. Sorry you’re 1st impressions haven’t been the best.

Update: Technical Team has traced this down to a bad battery and are having a new battery sent to me. Fingers crossed.
