Despite the battery temp being 24 (support suggested this is cool enough to charge which is consistent with forum comments), the unit will not charge on its base. The Yarbo support team was unable to help or provide solutions. Does anyone have suggestions on how to escalate support?
If you don’t have a ticket create one.
Is Yarbo properly aligned with the charging pad?
I’d try “Restart Yarbo System” in the settings menu.
And if you post your ticket number usually @Yarbo-Forum can provide some assistance with escalation.
Just to confirm that it is properly aligning on the dock between the two yellow lines, and the rear metal bumper is lined up against the rear yellow line on the dock? Flashing blue light or solid? Support is unable to help how? Did they say they have to escalate your issue? This is standard for the front line if basic troubleshooting doesn’t flesh something out. It has to be escalated to the FSE’s.
If they haven’t escalated the issue for you already, the best thing to get escalation is to drop your ticket number here and @Yarbo-Forum can look into the ticket for you.
In the interim, you can use the wired charger to keep the unit charged and powered up so that support can remote in and check the hardware for you.
