The subject is my question.
Drop your issue and ticket number here and @Yarbo-Forum can look into it for you.
good luck!!! all they care about is getting your money up front. support afterwards you can forget it.
My map has shifted about 7 meters West. It was fine yesterday. I tried what another client suggested - that was install a previous map. That worked, but I have added 3 major areas since that map. I would like to get my current map properly re-positioned. Thank you for any help. Douglas
If you still have the previous map restored and it’s still off follow these steps:
Reboot and check if you rover while docked is off the dock in the map on the app. If it is, make sure the rover is charging. Open diagnostics and make sure L2 is greater than 10, Heading DOP is less than 1.5 and your RTK status is 4. If all of that is good, check and make sure your rover is perfectly centered on the DOCK between the yellow lines on the sides and the rear metal bumper is lined up with the rear yellow line on the dock. If all of that is true, then enter your yard, edit map, and tap the three dots at the top right and “correct for map drift”. Give it some time, maybe 5-10 mins and then check your rover’s location on the map in the app. If it’s perfectly centered on the dock - you are good to go. Manually drive it out to a few locations and check and make sure it’s accurate on the map. If it is, you have fixed the issue and can proceed. If it’s not, then you can try the old map or just delete the current map and remap.
OK, Thank you - with Yarbo on the charging pad, a good GPS signal and click on “correct for map drift”, Yarbo was correctly located on my map. I then saved the map.
Thanks for your help.
@bryan.wheeler - Is the rewritten Wiki article on Map Drift sufficient to cover what you have here in a distilled form? If the Wiki article isn’t helpful (I know it’s laborious, but that’s kinda to prevent someone from re-centering his maps when not needed), I can revisit.
Looks fine.
