I received a replacement yarbo core, but i can't get my physical remote to pair with it?

Hello I’m needing some help, my original yarbo core had a circuit board issue that left it unable to work properly. I received a new core and have it linked to the data center, the charging dock and imported my original maps. Everything is working great once again except I’m unable to pair the physical remote with the new core?

What is the procedure needed? How do I get this accomplished? Honestly I was really hoping for the new core to come with a remote so I could just return this one with the old core.

For the controller pairing issue, please follow the steps in the Wiki article under “Scenario 2: Physical Controller Was Sent Separately.” This guide walks through the process of pairing an existing physical controller with a replacement Core.
