I am not sure this is covered in the latest firmware as I am waiting on a replacement core, but don’t think so.
Considerable time is spent mapping and much frustration comes with wasted effort when a core dies and new one means replication of time consuming work.
With no change to the docking station or data center location it would be a huge time saver to import maps and work routines.
If support can access your core remotely then they can download and upload the maps for you. If not, as of right now it requires mapping again. There has been discussion of some type of cloud backup in the future, but right now all backups are on the core.
Cloud storage would be ideal, but I’d be happy to keep backups on my app device instead or also.
I’m not getting my maps back. My core became totally non communicative ~50% through a 3 hour zone with above 60% battery. I had to take a 430am video call days after the stop to press the power button, and have the guy tell me I needed a new core after watching the lights flash.
The week prior it had done a similar mid mow stop. It was after that recovery process I learned the maps were stored on the yarbo as the reset to get it going again wiped them.
