Issue with blades since last update, they will run for a bit, then stop.

Greetings going on one year on owning my Yarbo (Not the pro model) lawn mower module.

After the most recent firmware update my lawn mower module has had some issues with the blades. Most irritating is that the blades when under manual control will operate the blades for 15-20 seconds then stop. I move the mower around a bit, then the blades will restart. Move forward once I think they are at proper speed, then stop immediately. Try again, but going slower. Still no dice.

Upon a bit of inspection and tooling off the blade discs I found what I thought was the problem with build-up of debris (grass and other stuff) on the blade support column. Cleared that off and reinstalled the blade discs.

Turned the system back on, ran the blades for 15-20 seconds, and back to square one. This is starting to feel like a software issue, and not so much a hardware issue. I have a sinking feeling there is engineered obsolesce lurking around corner, but please help first?

I really do think this system is great, and would love to keep using it. Please help!

If it says waiting for blades to get to speed or something like that, it could be a wiring harness issue. Try lifting the module to see if they start up. If so, that’s the harness. Either way, get a ticket opened.
