Hi,
I got a problem recently with charging. The mower goes back to the charging station, backs into it, then moves out 30 to 40 cm and stops.
If i try to drive it back to the base it never successfully charge.
The only solution I found is to drive it a couple of meters away and hit the charge button to make it go back, but it might still take a few attempts for it to complete the action.
Last night for example I dove it off and on the base 4 times before it successfully docked.
Is that a known problem with the new firmware? It never happened before a couple of days ago.

So it won’t charge if you park it between the two yellow lines on the side and put the metal bumper lined up with the yellow line on the back of the dock and hit the battery icon to start charging manually? What firmware and app version do you have? What is the charge level on the battery when this happens? If it’s close to 100% and you don’t have the latest app and firmware versions, then this could be a firmware/app mismatch known issue.
