Quick question. Should I be able to manage and control the yarbo? When i turn off Bluetooth on my phone I cannot connect to my yarbo.
My yarbo is configured and I believe the diagnostic screen seems to have great numbers. Thanks in advance.

Yes, you should be able to connect over HaLow or Cellular to your Yarbo.
If HaLow is FALSE, then try rebooting the DC and then the rover. This could also possibly fix a constant DC status of 3 (no internet access). If not, check your router connection to the DC and make sure it’s working. If there is cellular usage, then it might have reached it’s monthly cap due to HaLow not working or poor HaLow signal.
Thanks in advance for the help.
Thanks!
Cellular is used as a backup to Halow. Enabling it MAY show an area where Halow is weak or lacking by showing cellular data usage.
But to answer your question directly. Yes you should be able to control Yarbo with BlueTooth disabled on your phone.
If you can’t, open a ticket with support so they can troubleshoot.
Sounds like that is your issue. Your DC isn’t connected to your home router or isn’t getting internet access from it. Enabling cellular should let you be able to remotely access the Yarbo in the interim. It’s advisable to leave this on anyways for GPS tracking if it was ever stolen.
My Data center connection “sticks” on either 2 or 3. If I refresh the data it usually switches. I don’t know how often the screen updates or how fast it switches but I can see both 2 and 3.
Must be timing…
I thought this meant the DC is connected to the Internet, but maybe I am not reading it right. Thoughts?
All looks good there but if you watch DC connection status for a while and it doesn’t ever change to a 2, it’s not getting internet access. Try enabling cellular and see if when you connect in the app it shows 4G or HaLow. I bet it says 4G.
When i disable wifi it shoes 4G. Im a network engineer by trade. The DC’s diagnostics is pretty minimal. I am very confident in its connection, as since the POE is providing power. Any place to check?
The easiest way to check is on the main screen. It should show HaLow as this depicts how the rover is accessing the Internet. WiFi displayed here should also work.

Awesome! That’s what I needed to know. Was able to sort it out. Halo is operational.
Thanks again!
Awesome! Was it being blocked by chance?
Actually, for some reason it didnt like the port on the switch. Moved to another port. I suspect dust on the port.
Interesting. It only supports FastEthernet, so that could also be a factor.
