HALO Only?

I am a new Yarbo owner. So far things have been pretty great. The support has been surprisingly good and easy to reach by phone.

I started having connection issues from my Phone to the Yarbo. This would happen when it would be about 1.5 acres away from my home (datacenter is on my roof). Each time, I could walk out to it and once Bluetooth connected everything works again. When I check diagnostic settings, the HALO signal is never less than -60 and usually in the -40’s, so I know there is great signal.

I am not sure what is happening. I have seen on these forums that Wifi and cellular are best if left disabled. Clearly Wifi is not reaching that far anyway, but if I enable cellular everything starts working again even out in remote spots. Each and every time HALO is showing great signal.

Thoughts? See screenshot attached.

WiFi is generally best left off but cellular is totally fine to be left on. I think we already answered this over in this thread. Lbluetooth? - #11 by Eff.A

Does Yarbo stop or is it just a phone to Yarbo connection issue?
I wonder if bouncing the Data Center’s power would allow a connection?
