Left wheel lock NEW YARBO

I just set up my Yarbo. It was setting up fine until it had difficulty climbing on to the dock. I think the dock was too high off the ground and the impellers kept scratching at the dock. I shut itself down.

When I went to drive it again it showed the left wheel lock notification.

I have a gravelly hilly driveway and before the issue the tracks were trying to gain traction.

I’ve taken the left track off. Nothing obviously blocking. Going to let it melt for a bit in my garage.

I can move the tracks with my free hand.

Thoughts?

Get a ticket opened if you haven’t already. If you can move the left track by hand, it sounds electronic and not mechanical.

Maybe unplug the battery for 15-30 minutes?

Thanks for sharing the details. This does sound like something that may require further investigation from our team. At the moment, I’m not able to find a related support ticket in our system.

Could you please submit a support ticket and include as much detail as possible, such as a description of what happened along with any relevant photos or videos? That will allow our support team to better understand the situation, identify the root cause, and help find the appropriate solution.

Thank you for your cooperation, and we’ll be happy to assist once the ticket is submitted.

If the track is off and you can spin the drive wheel, check the drive wheel for wobble. On mine, the cogs were able to collide with the rail.

New here. How do I submit a ticket

Easiest way is in the app when you first open it, click the person on the top right and go into support center. Even easier is just to email support@yarbo.com

Welcome!

As Bryan mentioned, you can submit a ticket directly through the Support Center in the app, which is the quickest way to get help. Alternatively, you can also open a ticket by sending an email to support@yarbo.com.

If you have any trouble finding it or need guidance, feel free to ask — happy to help.

And just to be complete there is also Support.yarbo.com. Get logged in and choose my area. I prefer the web interface as I can see all my tickets and have more real estate to interact.

That worked for me.

Well it did for a while…. Seeing if it resets again. Time to put a ticket in and have them send me a left drive. I wish to God anyway….

They may if it is indeed a hardware issue vs something software related. This was shared in the FaceBook groups by a user who replaced his. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=78bEWqKmkxY
