As Bryan mentioned, please submit a support ticket with detailed information about the issue. Our support team will investigate it further and work with you to identify the cause and help resolve it.
I have the right track back on but the issue is that Yarbo does not turn to the left anymore. I think it is the right drive motor that is not working properly. I did already a restart but that does not help.
Also if I take manual control, I cannot steer it to the left. That indicates also that there is an issue with the drive motor.
Can you please assist? For the moment I have no response to my ticket.
You can try driving ahead and back, and at the same time try to use your foot to turn the track the same direction. I have broken my left side track loose a few times with this method.
Thanks for the tip. But the track turns but I think it has not enough power or so. But I will try anyway. Did your track turn or was it completely blocked?
Is it possible that Yarbo is experiencing issues with the high temperature? The controls seem off. Going left our right is very slow and it does strange things. I was sending it to recharge and on my driveway that is a path the mower blades started turning. Also, Yarbo has issues with going in a straight line. As said, I thought it was my right drive motor that was broken but now I have the impression it is in both directions that Yarbo has issues. Also, with manual control steering left AND right is off.
Any one else experienced this or any tips. I disconnected th batterie and restarted the system.
I suppose it is possible you might have a battery issue. Maybe not enough voltage because the calibration is off. You could try unplugging the battery for 4 hours and then plugging it back in and see where the percentage lands.
