Legal action

It saddens me to say that so far Yarbo has not operated as was promoted when we bought it. It does not have the advanced AI capabilities and it routinely breaks down. Repairs take long to recognize and random issues continue to pop up. One could argue the product is not as advertised at the time, as said by Yarbo’s CEO too. This is not within EU legislation for sellers within the EU market, and EU consumer rights hold.

Has anyone pursued the legal route. Did anyone go through an organization such as ECC-Net or others?

Really sorry for the unpleasant experience you are having. Please rest assured that we will definitely resolve all your issues.

I’ve already asked the FSE responsible for your case to follow up as soon as possible.

This was not a veiled threat to get my support ticket resolved. Many are having a similar experience. Very few of us will want you to feel sorry, we don’t enjoy your suffering. Most of us would rather find a way out of the troublesome situation, we even enjoy fixing things on our own. Ideally without Yarbo taking the idea and turning it into an expensive follow-up product.

We’ve all invested a substantial amount of funds but we’re not getting the real problem solved and are looking for ways to make that right.

Hi there, we understand your concerns and appreciate your honest feedback.

We know users have made a significant investment in Yarbo, and we take these experiences seriously. Our team is continuing to work on reported issues and support users with unresolved cases.

Please feel free to continue working with our support team so we can review your specific situation and provide assistance.
