Less than a year owning one... now my fifth problem

Once again.. my Yarbo won’t work.

This time we got around 10 to 15 cms of snow.

And now the impeller won’t work.

Let’s recap my Yarbo experience the past year of owning one.. not quite a year of owning it.

Two cores replaced.

One snowblower module replaced.

Thank god electric’s claim to be problem free or else imagine the problems we’d have if they were actually full of problems.

But now to put in a support ticket.. wait days for replies.. send pictures of the non-working impelller.

But how about this.

I’ve patiently waited months in the summer while not one but two cores took months to replace. Basically killing my entire summer using this machine.

Because when you buy a lawnmower, you should expect it to break… twice.. in the first weeks of ever using it.

Now.. in the middle of winter… its’ dead again. It’s impeller spins slower than a danish windmill but the danish windmill can throw snow a few feet.. whereas the Yarbo… can’t.

So now I wait.. again…. I’ve used my yarbo 19 tiems this past yaer. I should have used it much more but that’s me waiting for it to be fixed.

So if this gets replaced.. don’t forget to send me the refurbished model someone else returned.

I like spending 10000 dollarso n things that don’t work.

If the impeller is not working, probably the belt issue. Search with “belt” then you will see the similar problems/issues and also solutions (replacing the belt or get a whole unit replacement).
