The power cycle feature on Ubiquiti POE seems to be too fast. I have to power down a few minutes and then turn back on.
Yeah I can understand why that wouldn’t work.

I added a wifi switch to my DC just in case. Haven’t needed it though. So that’s good.

Yep. Gotta drain the caps. That’s why there’s always the wait 30s before reapplying power.

Yeah I’ve bitched at ubiquiti over the short duration of the “power cycle” option. Even some of their own equipment doesn’t have enough time to drain caps for full reboot.
