If something happens during a perimeter lap that causes an error, the front camera instantly disconnects.
Front camera returns after some period of time.
Witnessed with blade blockage, witnessed with “stuck”.
No I will not submit a ticket on it.

I’ve noticed this with bumper activations.
Interestingly enough mine is doing basically the same thing all the time. Do display error that front camera is disconnected but when I look at the smart vision I have all 4 cameras showing pictures. And the error messages is still visible after that.
Latest firmware is full of new features.
I have also noticed a lot of random camera disconnected alerts. Seems to be firmware related rather than a hardware problem.
Similar with B1 attached.
Watch this move for me to get my camera to active:
Check out how it disconnects again when I charge.
I think the stream just doesn’t reengage effectively when you go out and back in fairly quickly. Mostly seems to affect the front camera, but does impact all of them from what I’ve seen. They eventually load, especially if you go back out and then back in.
I know-you’re right. I didn’t give it a lot of load time (wanted to spare the viewer) but it doesn’t come online until I move it some how.
Most I have waited and stared at it was 5 min. Then I drew the line ![]()
Hi. I think its more in the app if you hit back camera it will show the front camera but back also won’t show in the bigger screen.
This was an issue that was supposedly addressed/corrected a few updates ago. Apparently, it wasn’t. I also STILL get the same error message.
I could quickly list 5-10 issues introduced in the last update. I’d bet 2-3 of them will ever get addressed. This software is honestly THE WORST I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen a lot! It has the smell of untested AI code. They’re now pushing out these “hot fixes” that are completely untested. We wanted more updates and that’s what we got. Be careful what you wish for ![]()

I noticed today that when I had front camera disconnects and I click on the image (to flip from front to rear view), the front view actually shows up in the smaller window. I assume that means it’s an app bug.
