I haven’t recycled power yet, just want to see if this is a common problem.
My front camera started to work then froze. I exited app and came back in… same thing.
Last few weeks the camera quality was pixelated as if poor signal. I had previously rebooted the DC and Rover a couple of times over a 3 week span. Same camera effect even when Rover is near DC and router. I went to diag tools to see version info then back to camera view. Front camera frozen, Back and Left camera quality good, Right camera pixelated for a short bit then back to good.
Firmware versions for LC and RC are v1.08, while FC and BC are v1.1.3 which might make sense if front and back firmware has more code for vision detection.
Any thoughts… other than submit a ticket, which I plan to do if power cycle doesn’t fix it.
My issue resembles yours, but not as complex so I thought I’d mention this. My front camera goes out often. (Lawnmower module) Camera check always says all cameras are working ok even when Beta shows a black box for the front camera and good quality images from the other 3. As it was mentioned, just restart the system through the app. That’s all I do and it works until the next time frt camera goes out. I’m assuming future updates will fix the issue. I don’t care to run around with support in finding a fix.
My front camera becomes unavailable (just a black box) as my Yarbo gets 30-40 min into a work plan.
Like it gets warmed up and disconnects. It rarely comes back online to use. The other 3 cameras work uninterrupted.
Mine just did this. Diagnostic tools said all 4 cameras were working, which was incorrect. I submitted a Help Ticket and they fixed the problem remotely.
Now I’m having a problem of the Yarbo entering a No Go Zone and getting stuck. In fact I only started mowing the same map and both times it got stuck in the exact NGZ. It is a tree. The Yarbo got suck on one of the exposed roots in the NGZ.
I’m wondering if it is a map drifting problem. I have a work ticket on it but have not had a response yet.
It seems to be taking some liberties with some no go zones. Look in the app view when it’s near it and see if you see a path line going through the no go zone or it pulling into it further than it should when turning.
