My mower won’t adjust its height when it goes out. It moves fine at startup but I am not able to adjust it on my app now
Adjusting it manually in the app is “buggy”. You have to just keep pushing the arrow up or down repeatedly. It is like playing a poor video game, lol.
First thing I would do is unplug the battery for 5 minutes, plug it back in, then hold the silver start button in for 60 seconds, then release, and push it again once normal. See if that fixes your issue. If not please start a support ticket.
To clarify, it won’t work manually with the app controller and also won’t adjust when running a plan automatically? Are you getting an adjusting blades message or error?
