Need to return - too much interference and 'module won't connect'

I live in an area that apparently will not work for the Data Center or get satellite signal. I am not allowed to mount my data center in other locations due to city rules and laws. AND - - - The Yarbo Core is not recognizing any module. I have tried to get service to respond to me, but no one will help me initiate a return.

The boxes the Yarbo was mailed in were drenched in water when they were delivered due to unusually strong rain in the Midwest, and are unusable, so I will need help with the return. Please do respond.

There is the option to use NetRTK instead of the DC. Most of the components should be waterproof. Yarbo would replace anything that doesn’t work. Have you attempted to set any of it up to see what works?
