Finally received a replacement core after over a month. Setup new core and it will not connect to Data Center or to NetRTK. Tried reinstalling Data Center with the app and app won’t connect to Data Center. Tried to connect Data Center to wifi and it won’t connect. I’ve powered off the Data Center, restarted it, swapped RTK antenna with HA-609 upgraded antenna and nothing seems to work.
@Yarbo-Forum I’ve tried to submit a support ticket for this, however, Yarbo has apparently decided to lock me out of entereing support tickets. Can you please explain this?
Try getting extremely close to the DC. Almost touching your phone to it to see if it shows up.
If not, toggle cellular and WiFi on the core to on and try netRTK.
As for the ticket, I’ve seen this when you’re not logged in. Alternatively, email support@yarbo.com.
Thank you, Bryan! Your help and support is super helpful! That suggestion has it connected to the Data Center now! The upgraded RTK antennas seem to be WAY better than the ones Yarbo ships! Getting great GPS sats and L2 on rover compared to what Yarbo ships! I’m curious though, on the Data Center what did you do with the little plastic piece that is on the original RTK antenna to keep the other larger antenna upright? With the new RTK antenna that plastic piece won’t fit over top of it. The reason I ask is because the Data Center is at the peak of my roof I get a lot of wind there and wondering how to keep that larger antenna upgright without having to climb on the roof peak! Also, @Yarbo-Forum I was logged in on the Support website and it won’t let submit a ticket.

I used the DC extender kit but I actually have the old clip style HaLow antenna holder. I prefer it over the stabilizer bar personally. The extender kit had a large foam gasket that would fit inside the stabilizer bar and an SMA adapter to raise the antenna above the stabilizer bar. Then you can screw the antenna down onto the gasket and stabilizer bar.
Of note, Yarbo is selling these upgraded antennas now. Preorder right now for June.
